Ball Jar, an American company that has been making storage jars since its founding in 1884 and is now loved around the world, is part of the Jelly Glass series, which was produced from the 1920s to the 1960s .

Jelly glasses are a type of mason jar, but unlike regular mason jars, their lids don't screw on, but simply snap on. Originally, jelly glasses were not sealed with a lid, but were filled with jam or other liquid, and then wax was poured in to harden and seal.

This item has been stored in its original box for a long time, and boasts exceptionally good condition, with the plating on the lid still fully intact. The lid shows some minor scratches, rust, and distortion, but jelly glass itself has become increasingly rare, so it's no exaggeration to say that the condition of the lid is in a state where nothing could be better.

The glass container is also in very good condition, with no noticeable damage except for a few small scratches.

Since the lid is not airtight, it is not suitable for storing food, but it can be used to store accessories, cotton balls, and bagged sweets, or it can also be used as a flower vase or candle vase.
