The wind speed and direction meter is made up of three parts: the main body, flat blades, and arrows. Each part has been disassembled and stored in a wooden box. The plate reads "August 1934, Nakamura Asakichi Surveying Instrument Shop," and although it was made by an amateur, it gives the impression of being well-made.
When you blow into it, the internal blades rotate and the meter moves, but the compass seems to be stuck.
