This andonzara (lantern dish) is thought to date from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji period. It was placed inside a lantern and used to catch oil dripping from the oil dish. There are some chips and crazing, but the purchase price was low, so it is being offered at a bargain price. There are no visible heavy stains.
