This is a large anchor cup. Anchor cups are containers (bottled goods) made as a substitute for canned goods during the time of metal shortages around the time of World War II. They were used to sell a variety of foodstuffs with metal lids.
The stamp on the bottom reads "Made by Shimada Glass, SGK." The color is a pale yellow-green, with a slightly milky white tint at the top. The capacity is approximately 270ml up to the top. There are some air bubbles and wrinkles that may have been mixed in during manufacturing, but no significant damage is apparent.
The rim is rounded, so it can be used as a regular cup for drinking barley tea, juice, beer, highballs, etc.
