This is the catalogue for the AMERICAN REALISM & FIGURATIVE ART exhibition, which was held in several locations across the country from 1991 to 1992.

This book introduces American Realism, which developed from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, and its new developments since World War II in conjunction with Modernism, beginning with Abstract Expressionism, while also showcasing pre-war works. It features a total of 116 works by 66 artists. It also includes extensive written commentary.

There are some scratches, scuffs, stains, etc., but this does not interfere with enjoying the contents.
