This is a kitchen scale from Alexanderwerk, a German manufacturer of various machinery for the food industry. The box reads, "Wanted at Tokyu Toyoko Department Store, March 24, 1975," so it likely dates to the 1970s. It's a wall-mounted scale that requires two holes at the top and bottom to be attached to the wall.
Unfortunately, the measurement is not accurate. When I opened the back cover, I found that the arm that moves when measuring touched the inner wall, so I tried applying oil to the inner wall, but it still did not work accurately, so there must be an internal problem. The design is very good, but... it would be good as an object, or for someone who can disassemble and repair it.
There are small scratches and discoloration, and the box is quite damaged, so please consider this as a bonus.
