Aladdin stove model 15 (1957-1966)

This is one of the earliest Aladdin stoves, the Series 15 model (manufactured between 1957 and 1966). During this period, British-made Aladdins were imported by Yanase. It did not come with an earthquake-resistant fire extinguishing device, guard, or stand.

As this is a very old model, there are chips and peeling of the enamel on the surface, stains that cannot be removed, and rust on the metal parts. Also, the hook that secures the outer tube comes off easily, so please support the tank when carrying it.

After cleaning, the wick was replaced with a new one. The flame is stable.

How to operate
Lift the outer tube.

Turn the knob clockwise to raise the lead.
▼
Light the wick in 2 or 3 places and once the flame has gone around once, close the outer tube.
▼
If the flame is red, turn the knob until it turns blue.
