This book contains over 500 pieces of setting materials for the film "AKIRA," including characters, vehicles, and even small items, over 600 original drawings, comments from director Katsuhiro Otomo, and interviews with the illustrators Takashi Nakamura, Koji Morimoto, Toshiyuki Inoue, Hiroyuki Okiura, and Hiroyuki Kitakubo.
The film is enjoyable in a different way from the manga, with not only meticulous drawings, but also depictions that take into account wide-angle and telephoto lenses, and unique, detailed movements created by two-frame movements, so I think it's perfect for learning about the background.
There are some stains on the edges, but overall it is in good condition.
