Six candy jars

This is a set of six horizontal candy jars, all framed. These were used in candy stores before the war and are unusually short for this type of candy jar. However, one jar (top center) is about 2cm longer than the others, likely because it was broken and a search was made for a matching size later. Therefore, the price is being considered, but we hope that you will appreciate the fact that these jars have been used and treasured for many years.

This is an old item dating from the 1940s or 1950s, and the glass shows signs of bubbles and ripples. The glass and lid have been cleaned, and some rust has been polished off from the frame, but please note that there may still be some cloudiness on the glass, small chips on the rim, dullness and dents on the lid, and slight rust on the frame.

There are many ways to enjoy it, such as storing bagged snacks and seasonings, or storing small items and scraps.It is also recommended as a display piece for shops as it is easy to take things in and out as it can be placed sideways.
