I recently purchased some photographic plates. They were from the time when photographs were taken on glass plates rather than film, and I think this was the first time I'd ever purchased one.
About two-thirds of the photos were of people, and the rest were of flowers, landscapes, and everyday objects.
After some research, I found that roll film began to become popular in Japan around the 1930s, and that dry plates fell out of use around that time. However, it is unclear when these plates were taken, and the only clue we have seems to be the clothing of the people in the photographs.
Among them, I found some unused glass plates, which I have uploaded to my online store. They appear to date from the 1920s or 1930s.

By the way, the photographic plates shown are very cheap, so they will only be sold in-store.
