A little-known book

A young couple who had purchased a large item were discussing how they were going to carry it home when another customer who happened to be there kindly asked, "Would you like to come with me?", which really touched me. I really think we are blessed with such great customers.

These are four particularly interesting books that were recently added to the store. The way they were placed seems to show that they were not wanted to be sold, so most customers didn't notice.

Photographer Naoki Mukaida, who has traveled and reported on various countries around the world since the 1960s, has divided America into six sections and introduced signs from 14 states with 345 color photographs and 165 black and white photographs in this highly engaging book.

Dividing the US into six regions - West Coast, Northwest, West, South, Great Lakes, and East Coast - this book introduces signs from 23 states and Washington, D.C., which were not included in the first book. This book is also quite extensive.

The Observer's Book of ARMY BEHICLES
This is one of the popular British pocketbook series from the 1930s. It introduces the vehicles used by the armies of various countries between World War I and World War II, and includes illustrations of over 1,200 vehicles, from trucks to buses, fire engines, and armored cars.

Drive-in restaurants in America, which became popular with the rise of automobiles, were once social gathering places for people of all ages. This book traces the history of drive-ins by decade, from the 1920s to the 1960s.
