I had never heard of a 35mm film version of LIFE until I bought this. It seems that the issues featured in LIFE magazine were filmed and released in 41 different color versions and 32 black and white versions, but the previous owner ordered 22 black and white versions. Apparently, they had been carefully stored in the paper box they arrived in.
